FEP resin HD**2 is a polymer resin with low melt index. It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP). FEP resin HD**2 is one of the common fluoroplastics.Has excellent electrical properties like PTFE because FEP consists of only fluorine atoms and carbon atoms. The chemical resistance capability and mechanical characteristics are the same as ones of PFA, however the heat resistance is lower than PFA.FEP resin HD**2 processing and molding can adopt common thermoplastic processing methods, such as extrusion molding, blow molding, injection molding, compression molding, vacuum molding, etc. among them, extrusion molding and blow molding account for a large proportion.FEP resin HD**2 has the advantages of high tensile strength, good creep resistance, low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, stable electrical insulation, good chemical corrosion resistance, wide usable temperature range, excellent anti viscosity, good processability and no ignition.Our company can provide products of different specifications according to customers' requirements, and always ensure the quality of products.
